Upset Alert: Fans Lose Pro Bowl
In a high-stakes matchup this past weekend, NFL Fans once again took a big loss against their opponent, the Pro Bowl.
The Fans’ defeat comes on the heels of a long line of losses to the superstar team. Indeed, since the Pro Bowl’s inception in 1951, the Fans have been dominated time and again by the Pro Bowl’s methodical display of uninspired football.
Despite their repeated routing, the Fans were still dismayed with the outcome, having had truly high hopes for the match. But despite the extensive preparation of airline tickets and hotel accommodations, the Fans’ efforts fell through once more to the Pro Bowl’s soul-crushing mediocrity.
“This one is tough. We even went into it with an increased injury risk knowing that Covid is running rampant all throughout Florida. But we felt so strongly about our chances this year that we still came out, only to be on the losing end again,” said disappointed Fan, Henry Crandall.
The Fans’ hopes hinged on newly emerging talent that seemed to take the game more seriously, like Josh Allen and Kyler Murray. Yet, the Fans quickly learned that wouldn’t be the case after Allen wasn’t willing to take off and try to run over five defenders like he was during the regular season.
“It’s just crazy that these guys put their bodies on the line every single week, but can’t do it one more week to score a W for the Fans,” Crandall said. “The sting of losing didn’t hurt so much when it was in Hawaii. But now that it’s in Orlando, this just seems like masochism.”
