Patrick. Mahomes.
Remember that name? Gosh. It feels like yesterday when the star studded QB of KC was on my tv every Sunday.

But sadly, time passes.

Despite it FEELING like yesterday when he was hoisting the trophy triumphantly — it’s wasn’t. Gosh, we’re getting old.

But sadly, the question remains: Where. Is. He. Now?

We sent a Sports Riot field reporter, Cynthia, to Chiefs headquarters to investigate further but upon stepping foot outside the airport and looking around a crippling feeling of a “catatonic meaninglessness” grasped her. (Cynthia arrived home Tuesday, is with family and under medical surveillance with what doctors are calling “The Full Kansas City.”)

And yet – the still question remains.

“Mahomes” – a myth now, in the wind, gone but not forgotten.

Some mysteries aren’t meant to be solved, we guess.
