Little League Player Day-To-Day With Broken Family
The A.J. Plumbing Co. Hornets little league baseball team today announced that outfielder Tyler Jeffries has sustained an injury to his family system and is day-to-day with a broken family. In a corresponding move, Hornet manager Walker Jeffries has been served divorce papers.
Given the nature of the injury and the healing needed, a team mom says it’s possible Tyler Jeffries could be placed on IR and ultimately miss the remainder of the season.
It has been reported that Walker Jeffries had long-deserved the divorce papers, as he spent years working his way through the court system, according to the team mom.
“We think the cause of [Tyler’s] injury may have been sustained years ago, and with months of applied stress between games, work, and adultery, it was only a matter of time before the family fractured,” the team mom said, adding that a team doctor has prescribed Tyler Jeffries a variety of visitation rights to heal the pain in his heart. “He’ll be rehabbing with his grandparents in Florida for anywhere between one week to five years.”
