White House ‘Unsure’ How To Feel About A ‘Christian’ ‘Gonzalez’
The White House is scrambling. Sources close to the Oval Office claim they’re unsure how to process New England’s latest roster report. Their concern: how to explain a “Patriot” with the name Christian Gonzalez.
“The President is currently in the Situation Room receiving intel on how ‘Christian’ and ‘Gonzalez’ could encompass one individual,” said White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt. “The American people can rest assured knowing his Signal chat with Pete Hegseth, Kristi Noem, and Robert Kraft is blowing up with concerned GIFs.”
Trump has already taken to Truth Social, declaring, “CHRISTIAN AND GONZALEZ IN ONE NAME? FAKE NEWS!! NOT A REAL PATRIOT!!!!!!! ISSUING AN EXECUTIVE ORDER FOR MORE CHRISTIAN AND LESS GONZALEZ. MAYBE MORE GONZO? HE WAS A FUNNY MUPPET.”
Beltway insiders believe the Gonzalez discovery could deal Trump a major blow in the midterms. “This sends voters a mixed message,” said Politico White House Bureau Chief Dasha Burns. “Their conservative base responds to shutting down the border, not shutdown corners. Diversity doesn’t play in Middle America—unless it’s for their favorite team.”
Even Trump’s most ardent supporters are concerned. “We need GonzalezGate taken care of now,” said a defiant Sean Hannity on Fox News. “President Trump, if you’re watching: for the sake of our God-fearing nation, it’s time to deport New England’s secondary.”
However, Patriots head coach Mike Vrabel sees a different path to victory. “Gonzalez is a bipartisan first-round draft pick with all the tools to make it at the pro level. My job is to unlock his potential, emphasize the fundamentals, and convince him to change his last name to White.”
