‘Peacock’ And 5 Other Made-Up Streaming Services With NFL Playoff Games

With the Wild West that has become the online streaming platform market, it was only a matter of time until pranksters got in on the action and swindled the broadcasting giants out of money. Case in point, a ridiculously named fake company called “Peacock” now has exclusive rights to the NFL’s Chiefs-Dolphins game. Here’s a look at them and 5 other hastily-made-up “streaming services” seeing playoff action:

  1.     Peacock

The brilliant “executives”  at Peacock offer other fake “shows” like some low budget American knockoff of a British office sitcom with the guy from ‘Evan Almighty’.

  1.     Hallmark Plus

Look for the editing team to alter things in the 4th quarter so that things magically work out for both the Rams and the Lions. Everyone advances to the next round, and Dan Campbell finally gets his kiss!

  1.     UPN Reloaded

Coming to us straight from the 1990s, a devoted crew of nostalgia-driven geriatric Millennials will be broadcasting the Steelers-Bills game (NOT in high definition!) between episodes of “Moesha.”

  1.   The Subway® Sandwich Rewards App

Hungry viewers can get a free cookie or bag of chips with one single-time purchase of the NFC Championship.

  1.     The BBC

This one’s apparently legit. The coverage is incredible, at times moving, and the commentary leaves you feeling smarter for having heard it.

  1.   big-natties.jerry.jones.biz

The Cowboys owner insisted the NFL stream all his team’s games on his personal website. Not suitable for children.

Honorable Mention: Jetflix

The “Jets-only” streaming service will be staying true to its name by showing an empty MetLife stadium being solemnly cleaned by the grounds crew.
