Lakers Fan Assumed Team Would Have Won Championship By Now

Chase Spencer, a Los Angeles spin instructor and “the biggest” Laker fan, thought that her team would have already won the NBA championship.

“Is basketball really still going? we’re the Lakers, like, this is LA. We have a LeBron. Have, uh, all the teams come together to beat the Lakers? Not yet! Like at this point it’s getting embarrassing,” Spencer said between sips of an iced oat milk matcha latte while putting on Fendi sunglasses to enter a makeup store to purchase $50 Chanel lip gloss.
